Hart and Rushmoor Rotaract Club

If you're the kind of person that's aged between 18 and 30, wants to improve and develop yourself and have fun whilst doing so, Rotaract is for you. With over 7,500 clubs in 155 countries worldwide, we certainly aren't a small organisation.

	What is Rotaract?
	Rotaract is an organisation with clubs all over the world. It is not political or religious. Aimed at people aged between 18 and 30, the idea behind Rotaract is to improve and develop its members and to assist the community at the same time. This is your opportunity to be part of a fun and dynamic organisation whose main aim is to have fun, meet new friends and be involved with the community.

		Rotaract in Hart and Rushmoor
		Rotaract is an organisation with a world-wide reputation, but until recently, the area of Hart and Rushmoor was one small part of the world that did not have such a club... Not anymore. The development of the Hart and Rushmoor Rotaract Club has proved successful. (applause now!) Having seen that this area of Hampshire had been without a Rotaract Club of its own for too long, the local Rotary Clubs organised a couple of interest meetings which were held in Farnborough and Fleet in the early months of 2005. The idea being to find out how many people would be interested in starting a new Rotaract Club. These meetings were highly successful and all the people who turned up agreed to meet up again, to discuss matters further (nothing to do with the fact that it was another opportunity to go to the pub-honest!). The club had been created and had initially been named the 'Rotaract Club of North East Hampshire' consisting of 17 members. Now, following a few meetings with the new members, the decision was made to change the name of the club to 'Hart and Rushmoor Rotaract'. We are still looking for new members and encourage anyone between the ages of 18-30 who wants to improve and develop themselves, and who enjoys the pub ;o) to come along.
